We began our journey in 1996 before the internet was widely known. The vision then and now was to enable individuals seeking to be more effective based not just on textbooks, but real world experience to have the opportunity to experience an interactive teaching method. Our workshops begin with a questionnaire giving the instructor background on each student and what they hope to achieve in the course. Then, we build around each student incorporating the learning experience to the benefit of all.

We have sought out instructors with that rare combination of both education AND experience with managing their own companies. We want to assure the employer who supports us and the entrepreneurs who attend our workshops that we are committed to their success.

We are focused on enabling our students to achieve higher success because of the practical instruction they receive. Our vision is to enable the student, regardless of age or experience to understand the methods that work, the pitfalls that are common to every endeavor and how best to meet those challenges and face down the imposters in life with confidence.

We do not offer a degree program. What TBI does is provide you with the real world solutions to business and professional environments enabling you to step higher, think clearer and apply solutions that can help make a difference in your own company or your employer's company day after day.  You will receive a Certificate of Completion verifying your accomplishments.
